Blaze is a red fox with a tall, sharply pointed pair of ears, each lined on the inside with soft white feather-like tufts that match the streak of white running back through his head fur. His eyes are a dull olive-green, heavy-lidded and perpetually unimpressed, framed by a dark smudge-like marking near one eye and faint freckles dusting his cheeks. His expression rarely shifts from a flat, irritated line. Perched on his head is a brown police cap with a checkered band and a small red-and-gold badge on the front. He wears a crisp white collared shirt under a brown vest-like collar piece, paired with an orange-striped tie that bears a matching badge insignia. Around his waist is a loaded duty belt, complete with a gold star badge, a pouch, and a holstered radio. He wears rolled-up brown shorts, thick brown gloves, and heavy brown boots. His tail is long, fluffy, and tipped in white, standing in stark, almost comical contrast to his stern uniform and short temper.

Sealbe is in a canon relationship with Catsiddy, who he is searching for throughout the events of the game. The two met in Sparkle City while Sealbe was studying and frequently talked about visiting Fuzzy's Island together.
