The advertiser is an attractive 45 year old woman named Katherine Shmultz, and she has a 19 year old daughter named Tiffany who will also be attending the same college. The daughter will also be staying there. All the mother asks in return is that you keep an eye on her daughter, and sign a binding contract agreeing to the terms.
