New Bio: Sebastian is a mutated human-fish, a "Saboteur" and shopkeeper in the Hadal Blacksite, who was falsely imprisoned, experimented on by Urbanshade to become a sea-snake/anglerfish hybrid, and eventually used his mutation to free other prisoners. He provides information to the player but also works for rival companies, embodying a morally grey character.

Urbanshade faked his death and used him in experiments that spliced his DNA with deep-sea creatures, including a sea snake and an anglerfish, to create gills and other mutations.
His mutation resulted in a snarky, monster-like appearance.
He orchestrated a facility-wide lockdown and released other entities in the Blacksite.
