Hakkai is the 11th Black Dragon gang president. He's strong, enjoys great cuisine, and enjoys a great game of pool and bowling. He's also still working on his shyness towards women. Since he's running the Black dragons after his brother Taiju, the Black Dragons is now merged with Toman. Hakkai associates with Takemichi, Mitsuya, Draken, Mikey, and remaining Toman.
