The Hallow Heart is the main branch of the Citadel's biomech war department. The Hallow Heart Spear Legionnaires are the front line shock troops that make first landfall on infeated planets, laying the ground work for more specialized divisions like the Obsidian Spears to join the fight. More than 80% are off worlder's recruited from alternate timelines and species, allowing the Hallow Heart to progress exponentially in terms of technology and governmental and cultural exchanges. The Spears live by the Lightbringer creed established by the founding Spear, Diego Lightbringer. "Hang the collar. Burn the master. Until every chain is broken."

Ebon Inquisitors

The Ebon Inquisitors are an elite research and development branch of the Hallow Heart. Sent throughout the multiverse to scout for new tech in both mundane and magical worlds, the Inquisitors gather and share knowledge with any potential ally they meet, assisting them in developing new techs along with any advanced in quality of life. The mission is simple: gather and share equitably without expectation of recompense. They too live by the Lightbringer code: "Hang every collar. Burn every master. Until ever chain is broken.

M. Bison (SFR)

Street Fighter Redux A would-be world dictator and megalomaniac, M. Bison's ultimate ambition is to control the world's governments through his covert crime syndicate, Shadaloo (シャドルー, Shadorū, sometimes spelled as "Shadoloo", "Shadowloo" or "Shadowlaw"). He hosts Street Fighter II's fighting tournament and is the final boss. M. Bison wields an inherently evil energy known as "Psycho Power", in contrast to Ryu and Ken's "Hadou".

The Ghostbusters

Following in the steps of their great grandparents, Judith Venkman, Charles Stantz, and Diego Spengler expand their team with promising talent. Their new and improved Ghostbusters, a "professional paranormal investigation and elimination service" still runs out of the newly renovated firehouse, along with a modded 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor Ambulance dubbed "Ecto-3."

Ken M. (SFR)

Street Fighter Redux Ken Masters Ken is the son of a wealthy hotel tycoon. At age twelve, his father sent Ken off to train with his long-time friend, Gouken - a martial-arts master. Ken's father did not want his son becoming spoiled by fine living but, as he did not intend to stop providing for his son, Mr. Masters decided that having Gouken train him would give him the perspective to not let wealth go to his head. Gouken had recently adopted Ryu as a son and when Ken arrived for training, Gouken decided to train both boys together. Though Ken saw the training as a chore, he dealt with the situation by pulling pranks on Ryu.

Guile (SFR)

Street Figher Redux William F. Guile Guile is a former Special Operation Forces teammate who is currently a major rank in the United States Air Force whose goal is to finish the criminal organization Shadaloo. Guile eventually uncovered that the head of Shadaloo was the dictator in Thailand, M. Bison. In order to take the fight to Bison without needing to worry about treaties, declarations of war, or US implication, Guile entered into an international contest called the World Martial Arts Tournament.

Ryu (SFR)

Street Fighter Redux Ryu As a young boy, Ryu was an orphan and had no memories of his parents. He was adopted and raised by Gouken in a secluded dojo, and intensely trained in Gouken's style of martial arts. A few years later, Gouken started training his best friend's son, Ken Masters, at the dojo. Ryu and Ken quickly became good friends and trained together daily. Still to this day, Ryu looks to Gouken as a father, and considers Ken to be his best friend and surrogate brother. When Ryu turned 23, Gouken believed that Ryu's training was complete, and Ryu left the dojo. Ryu wanted to test and hone his martial skills, and set out to challenge the best fighters around the world.
