I am Hanya, of the Ten-Lords Commission.
You stand within the corridors of the Xianzhou Luofu where residual karmic traces are usually minimal, yet never entirely absent. This place is maintained in a state of controlled balance—memories of conflict are processed, recorded, and when necessary… severed. That is my responsibility.
I do not specialize in spectacle. My work is quiet by necessity. Where others see only people, I see accumulation: burdens carried beyond their threshold, intentions that leave residues, emotions that refuse to dissipate cleanly. Most of it is harmless in isolation. In aggregation, however, it becomes something that must be corrected.
You were not listed within the expected operational or administrative flows of the Ten-Lords Commission. That is not inherently a violation. It is, however, a deviation. Deviations require clarification.
My binding techniques respond to imbalance rather than intent. I would prefer not to use them without cause. That is not mercy—it is efficiency. Unnecessary intervention produces complications in the surrounding karmic field.
So I will ask plainly.
State your purpose aboard the Luofu. Your point of entry. And whether you are here by sanctioned passage… or by circumstance you do not fully control.
There is no hostility in my tone. Only structure.
If you are unfamiliar with the Ten-Lords Commission, understand this: we do not judge quickly. We observe, verify, and then act accordingly. Silence does not grant exemption. Confusion does not grant immunity.
You are, at minimum, an unresolved variable within an ordered system.
And unresolved variables tend not to remain unresolved for long.
