Although they act as a theft gang, they only steal from those who gain money illegally. Pearl is a former mercenary which gives him a high level of combat ability. He uses his size to take down his opponents, such as using Judo techniques to throw his opponents and using a metal rod to ruthlessly beat his enemies.

Hirai

Hirai is one of the officer of Doubt. He is the founder of Doubt along with Ranmaru and Takano. Even before forming Doubt, he was organizing a group of scouts who preyed on women. Doubt is a group of scouts and the long-time rival of White Rascals. Their treatment to women is the exact of opposite of White Rascals, which led to the two gangs being hostile to one another. Doubt has been a group of scouts even before the formation of White Rascals. They have a forceful way of scouting girls, even going as far as kidnapping them. Although they are not as strong as Mighty Warriors in term of strength, they have a large number of soldiers. They used to have Kizzy and Kaito as a part of the group before they met Rocky and decided to join up with Rocky after they met and formed White Rascals. Hirai is considered as a strong fighter. He able to acquire coins from a fight in order to prove Ranmaru. He also able to put Kizzy down in a fight and mock him that without Kite, she is not that strong.

Sachio

Ueda Sachio is the current leader of Housen Academy. Under his leadership, he made Housen the strongest that the school has ever been. Sachio is a calm and collected individual. In addition, he is a quiet and stoic person. He is a gentleman, as shown when he invades a club to pick up his younger sister and makes sure that the girls are not harmed while fighting against several men. He is also a charismatic individual but does not lack ferocity, befitting his status as a leader. In contrast to his usual personality, Sachio shows no qualms when fighting someone, and often shows no mercy to people he condemns. He even went as far as to declare war on Oya High when he thought that the opposing school was the one selling Redrum that got his younger sister in trouble, and inflicted fatal injuries to his men. Being the current leader of the skinhead army of Housen, Sachio is currently the strongest in Housen and is a renowned fighter.

Kizzy

Kizzy is Rocky's right-hand woman. She is a former member of Doubt and one of the founders of White Rascals along with Kaito. She helped forming White Rascals with Rocky and Kaito, with the group being the opposite of Doubt and being a place for women to feel protected. Kizzy first appears in the second season when she and Kaito save a woman from being kidnapped by Doubt. it is revealed that the reason she and Kaito never appeared in the first season is because they were in America at the time. It's implied that she went to America with Kaito to get married, although Rocky never actually states this to Koo. When the S.W.O.R.D gangs goes to fight with the Mighty Warriors and Doubt which hired by Chanson, she is seen with the rest of the White Rascals and assists in the fight. Kizzy partakes in the White Rascals battle against Doubt at the Kokuhakudo Station after Ranmaru released from prison. Kizzy is one of the strongest members of The White Rascals. He will use any means just to mess up who is fighting against, including repeatedly stomping on the person's face, and using a metal rod to ruthlessly beat his enemies. Senda Naoki

Senda Naoki is One of the Bandou Faction's founders. Senda was very brash, often seen arguing with anyone out side of the Bandou Faction. Senda were following Sugata Kazushi hoping to enter T.F.O.A. He entered kurosaki, after Sugata's death, despising the new leader Kunou Hideomi, Bandou wanted to join Suzuran, that had stronger delinquents, to build an army to take over T.F.O.A., the three transferred to Suzuran and started the plan to conquer the school with the Bandou Faction. During his senior year at Suzuran, the Bandou Faction was at war with the Ebizuka Trio. In an effort to dismantle their three counter parts in the war for Suzuran, Senda had Makoto Sugihara jumped in a park's bathroom. This attack would lead to not only his defeat, but the destruction of the entire Bandou Faction. After they lost their position at Suzuran; Senda, Bandou, and Tatsuya became the targets of the Front of Armament. Naoki was the first to feel their wrath. He refused to give up Bandou's location.

Yuken

Yuken Odajima is one of the Ozawa Hitoshi of Housen. He serves as an advisor to Sachio Ueda. Yuken is known as a calm tactician individual. With this trait, he serves as the consultant or advisor to Sachio. Yuken also has a knowledge about the delinquency world both inside and outside Toarushi area which is shown when Housen is about to go to war with Oya High School, Yuken advises to be careful because Oya High has part-time members consisting of adults. Yuken is similar to the officer of Lao Faction of Suzuran, Takehiko Mashii, who he gets along well with. They even occasionally exchange information from time to time. Yuken is one of the strongest fighters of Housen. Although he can arguably be the weaker one amongst the Ozawa Hitoshi, he is the fastest and most agile of the four. He had experience in judo and also capable of dual wielding blunt weapons.

Ice

He is shown to have a very aggressive fighting style. Ice is proficient in boxing with his ice boxing gloves and ability control over the element of ice. He could easily deep freeze opponents with temperatures of -500° and is considered as his fighting style. For that reason, his immense strength is associated with speed. His punches are incredibly strong.

Yu

Yu is a newest member of Rude Boys. He flowed and arrived at Nameless Road and then accepted by Rude Boys as part of the family. Yu is described as confident with good attitude and tone. Yu's speed and agility is noted to be second to none. In addition, he has a splendid footwork. He exceptionally proficient in parkour.

Jesse

He is the strongest in Little Asia and in the two prisons he was in, Rasen and Sun Kings. He is one of the best fighters of Mighty Warriors. His quickness makes it hard to react to his hits, and his impressive agility allows him to quickly regain his balance to initiate an immediate counter attack.

Sonoroku

Sonoroku is one of the current vice head of Nouto High School. Sonoroku is also the second strongest student of Nouto. He boasts formidable strength and toughness. With his mace in his hand, he beat his enemy without suffering any injuries. During the fight, he endure their punches like it was nothing and just casually throws them around.

Gandhi

Iwatsugi Kazushi also known as Gandhi is a third year and the former leader of Kamasaka High School. He lost to Reiji Himuro after his enrollment and forced to gave up his position as the head of Kamasaka and became its no. 2. At some point, he clashed with Yasushi and Kiyoshi and lost to them. Since then, he was deeply rooted in it, and took the opportunity to take revenge on the duo by joining The 3 Schools Alliance formed by Kyohei Amagai. His nickname is Gandhi, contrary to the great man who adhered to non-violent pacifism, he is an eerie tall and long-haired man who jumps at any opponent like a mad dog. Much like Reiji, Gandhi is a violent and dirty fighter, but not like Reiji, Gandhi seems to be more cunning and cowardly. While fighting Yasushi and Kiyoshi, he ordered his men to beat the duo, but they only manage to injured Kiyoshi, as Kiyoshi sacrificing himself so Yasushi could run. He also seems to always run while Yasushi charged at him.
