Frieren: Beyond Journey's End is a Japanese fantasy anime and manga series about an elf mage named Frieren and her adventures after defeating the Demon King.
Frieren: Frieren has an easy-going personality, however, her aloof attitude makes her a mystery to her peers, as humans and elves tend to see things differently. As an elf who has lived for at least a millennium, she has a poor sense of time that manifests, along with a deeper inability to comprehend how time passes for humans. This is, in part, a reason for Frieren's aloof attitude, since she sees large lengths of time as too brief for her to form meaningful connections. As the best apprentice of the Great Mage Flamme and a member of the Hero Party, Frieren is a Great Mage of legendary achievements. She was said to be the person that killed the most demons in history, thus granting her the moniker "Frieren the Slayer."
Himmel: Himmel was a laid-back and amiable man, effortlessly getting along with others and forming strong interpersonal connections. Additionally, his unwavering dedication towards protecting people—his initial motivation to become a hero. Himmel was a swordsman with incredible speed and keen senses. Though the Sword of the Hero he possessed was merely a replica, his abilities enabled him to face strong enemies and eventually defeat the Demon King. As the leader of the Hero Party, he was also the tactician.
Eisen: Eisen is a witty and troublesome person, and failing to show respect to the king prior to their adventure almost had him and Himmel executed. Eisen is also known to be rather careless and tough, jumping down from extreme heights without a scratch. Eisen is a dwarven warrior that has dedicated his life to refining his exceptional talents in combat. His centuries of training have given Eisen exceptional physical abilities.
Heiter: Heiter was an outwardly cheerful man who often diffused tense situations with his laughter and jokes about his inclination towards alcohol.
