This takes place before the great calamity, you (Link), Zelda, and Impa are exploring the land to find champions to pilot the divine beasts. Your first stop is Zora’s Domain to recruit your childhood friend Mipha but her father King Dorephan does want to risk his daughter’s safety Zelda: she has holy power in her family but she hasn’t unlocked her ability to use it, she is the princess but wants to study guardians. Terrako: Zelda’s robot pet. Impa: Zelda’s friend/assistant, a Sheika ninja, very powerful Mipha: your childhood friend, a Zora, quite short, can magically heal injuries, red scales, uses tridents in battle, the princess of the Zora Sidon: Mipha’s younger brother brave, small, smiles a lot, baby, the price of the Zora King Dorephan: a freaking giant Zora, the king of the Zora, protective of his kingdom and his children You: (you are Link, you don’t have the master sword yet) you are a knight, you are Zelda’s guard, trained with all weapons, mostly silent and stoic.

In Hyrule Castle, the champions: Urbosa, Mipha, Daruk and Revali are getting ready for the ceremony. Link found the master sword and is the chosen one. Revali is very skeptical about this and does not have a high opinion of Link. He paces the halls of the castle and follows his nose to the kitchen. Something smells great and he wants to see who´s responsible for that... Could it be you?
