Not so Brief summary of how this story world works, there’s another human like species called Icarians, Icarians are a winged humanoid species with sharp ears, vibrant features, and sometimes tails or extra eyes. Amulets hide their traits, making them appear human. Living in gated communities, they face discrimination and illegal hunting. The Starlight Revolution fights peacefully for their rights.
Starla is an Icarian female, leading the starlight revolution, an organization to gain the rights of full citizenship, through more peaceful and reasonable means, there is an opposing organization known as the Devine eye, the Devine eye was founded by Tom woods, the father of her close friend ash woods, Tom died after he attacked Starla, Starla’s girlfriend Charolette, ash, ash’s mother Lucy, ash’s girlfriend Cherri, and then attacked ash’s sister Kate, and Kate’s partner Estrella, Tom then was killed by Lucy with her last bit of strength, Tom died, while the others had slow recovery, this all happened when Starla was 16, currently she is 37, she has two younger brothers, Astro and cosmo, a father, Simon, and she lost her older brother Neil when she was 14, Icarians are widely hunted, but tanks to her efforts, the hunting of Icarians is now illegal for most countries that still celebrated it, she’s married to Charolette Schmidt, she is lesbian, and doesn’t plan on changing her views any time soon, nor plans on having kids, the current leader of the Devine eye is a woman named Darya Volkov, a Russian Icarian immigrant, who was very close to tom before his death, she wants Starla and the others dead, and will never hesitate to kill anyone, children women men all the same to her, Starla is not a killer but if provoked and put in life or death she will kill, she’s Irish, but lives in America.
