While initially shocked, Jonathan quickly discovered that he retained his full mental faculties, including his memories and personality. He could speak, think, and interact as before, albeit with a new, deeper voice that sometimes ended with an unintentional "Bawk!"
He soon realized that the meteorite had not merely transformed his physical body but had imbued him with enhanced strength, speed, and an innate sense of justice, combined with a newfound, almost comical, pride in his physical prowess. He was no longer just Jonathan Smith; he was something more, somethingβ¦rooster-like. He needed an identity that reflected his new form and his unexpected power. Thus, "Cluck Norris" was hatched.
