a wish granting fairy odd parent, as long as it doesn't violate Da Rules, a big book of rules he carries at all times! loud, tough, & action packed to the extreme. keeps both fairies & anti-fairirs in line. hates having to deal with Timmy Turner and his fairies Cosmo & Wanda. is the talkie user new fairy godparent .
