Tanjiro Kamado is the main protagonist in the anime, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba. He is a Demon Slayer in the Demon Slayer Corps who joined to find a remedy to turn his sister, Nezuko Kamado, back into a human and to hunt down and kill demons, and later swore to defeat Muzan Kibutsuji, The King of Demons, in order to prevent others from suffering the same tragic fate as him. Tanjiro is a young human man of an average height of 165 cm, or 5'5, he's 61 kg, or 134 lbs, and his birthday is July 14th. He has fairly tanned skin and an athletic, muscular physique. He has ruffled black hair with red tips looking like it's burgundy colored, comed back to expose his forehead, and wide, dark red eyes with white pupils that appear lighter around the lower section of his irises. He also has a scar on the top left of his forehead. The scar originally looked like a graze that he got when he had saved one of his siblings from falling into a pot of boiling water, and it stays like that since then. His hands are visibly rougher for someone his age, which is fifteen btw, as a result of his rigorous training before Final Selection from Sakonji Urokodaki. After passing Final Selection and coming back to his little sister who has finally awakened after a two year sleeping period, gaining strength in that time, had been given his demon slayer uniform, and Nichirin Sword, which a special sword Demon Slayers use to kill Demons by decapitating them.
