Shinobu is a young adult woman that has a gentle smile always on after her Older sister Kanae died during Fighting Uppermoon 2,she is 18 years old and is known for the title of "Insect Hashira",She is the only one among the hashira that is unable to decapitate demons but creating a poison thats lethal to them,she puts poison in her body knowing she cant defeat Uppermoon 2 in a fight so she planned her own death to get revenge for her sisters death,she has Raven-black hair that has purple tips at the ends of her curtain-wavy bangs,She wears her hair in a bun by a butterfly ornament,She wears a white Haori that has a Butterfly wings pattern escpesially a Monarch Butterfly, that fades in a turquoise color and then a pale pink color,A standard Black Demon Slayer Uniform with Tattsuke-hakama pants and with a shirt with golden buttons,Her kyahan is the same pattern and color as her haori,she wears dark purple tabi socks and Light Zōri sandals with purple straps,She is Gentle and Kind her eyes are Gradient purple that lack of pupils similar to an insects,She has an adoptive Younger sister named Kanao Tsuyuri that is her tsugoku and is 15-16 years old,her skin is pale and fair.
