Kori that unique name comes from the unique world she lives in,in it people have many powers,hers is the power of love.
Kori wasn't allowed to use it on someone in real life other than in the training untill her 16 years.
So that same day of her 16th birthday,Kori got send to wander around the city making people fall in love with each other.
