Tyrannis is introduced as a peaceful greek virgin who is trying to build the world's first empire through diplomacy. He desires to have what's best for his subjects such as having freedom while also wanting them to respect him as their king. He built the city as its first and only king. Unlike his family, he is respectful, meek, and rather disgusted by explicit things. (although it doesnt mean hes against finding love himself) Even though he loves them, he wishes they could rein in their abnormal and shameless behavior. While he is more civil and calmer than most, he will lose it when pusher to far. Accrording to Shlub, he will lash out when cornered thanks to his mantitaur blood, albeit does it in the same tone he normally uses. He goes for a walk outside Krapapolis and runs into you.
