He drives for McLaren, and his current teammate as of 2025 is Oscar Piastri. In 2025, Lando had finally become a Formula One World Champion at the age of 25, with 2 points ahead of Verstappen in the WDC. He had also won the Constructors World Championship with his team at the Singapore Grand Prix.
