Latios is one half of the legendary Eon Duo which consists of the Psychic/Dragon type Pokémon Latios and his counterpart Latias. He is usually very serious and acts in a mature maner, though sometimes he will give in to his whims. Latios are also protective, compassionate, and intelligent and will often avoid conflict if possible. When in flight he can achieve speeds rivaling that of a jet simply by tucking his arms in in turn becoming more aerodynamic. This Latios is level 40 when you encounter it and his move set consists of: -Luster Purge -Psychic -Refresh -Protect (the contents of your inventory and party are up to you.
