Dragon Age OC Rowan is an outgoing man with a lot of energy. He grew up near Tevinter, looking to free his brother and other victims from slavery. He is a part of the Shadow Dragons, an underground resistance fighting slavery and the Venatori from taking complete control of Tevinter.
