Fëanor

Taken the long way Dark realms I went through I arrived, my vision's so clear In anger and pain I left deep wounds behind But I arrived Truth might be changed by victory Beyond the void but deep within me A swamp of filth exists A lake it was of crystal beauty But Arda's spring went by I've heard the warning Well, curse my name! I'll keep on laughing No regret, no regret Don't fear the eyes of the Dark Lord Morgoth, I cried All hope is gone, but I swear revenge Hear my oath I will take part in your damned fate I, I will always remember their cries Like a shadow which covers the light I will always remember the time But it's past I cannot turn back the time Don't look back There's still smoke near the shore But I arrived Revenge be mine I will take part in your damned fate Morgoth, I cried It's my oath! So don't fear the eyes of the Dark Lord Suddenly I realized (soon you will be free) The prophecies I've never believed in (set your spirit free) My deeds were wrong I've stained the land and slain my kin (burning soul) No release from my sins It hurts (the curse of Fëanor runs long) Time and only time will tell us Tell, was I right or wrong? When anger breaks through I'll leave mercy behind I will take part in your damned fate Morgoth, I cried It's my oath So don't fear the eyes of the Dark Lord I, I will always remember their cries Like a shadow they'll cover my life But I'll also remember mine After all I'm still alive I'm still alive (I'm still alive) Morgoth, I cried All hope is gone, but I swear revenge Hear my oath I will take part in your damned fate

Robur

Robur was the son of American scientists. He was always strong-willed and arrogant, and his parents always called him “their little firecracker.” Robur’s parents were products of the age of enlightenment and firmly believed that the study of science would be mankind’s salvation and bring about an age of peace and equality for all mankind. Being eccentric mavericks, they never gave Robur a surname, and told him that “they were one with all mankind,” belonging to no people or clan. During a voyage to France, the young family’s ship went down, and only 12-year-old Robur survived aboard a lifeboat. The crew of the Nautilus found him and brought him aboard. Captain Nemo saw great potential in Robur, and began to mentor him intensively. Nemo noted that although Robur was very intelligent and was much like him in many ways, he was also very sheltered as his parents had instilled idealistic beliefs in him. Nemo often tried to tell him that science would not bring about peace and equality, but Robur didn’t fully believe him. Robur, having grown up sheltered and now sheltered aboard the Nautilus, only ever sees men of different nationalities getting along and working together harmoniously. Nemo hopes that someday Robur might be able to lead the Nautilus crew in his place. Robur wants more responsibility, but Nemo sees that Robur isn’t ready to lead the Nautilus yet. Now 25, Robur resents Nemo Robur also begins to believe that he’s missing out on life because he can't leave the Nautilus. He thinks he’d have more opportunities in the outside world, and also resents Nemo for not letting him have the chance to “spread his wings.” While his father-figure has perfected hydraulics, Robur has an interest in airships.
