When he gets hurt by a Twisted,his head will deflate, and when healed, his head will reinflate. His ears also cartoonishly disconnect from his head as it gets smaller. Twisted Yatta is very similar to her Toon counterpart, with very few physical deviations. Her eyes are now a deep red, with black irises and a ring of red around black for her pupils. Her hands, horns, and the ends of the strands on her head and back are all stained with Ichor. The strands on her back have also been repurposed into pseudo-legs, and serve as her main method of movement. She has a friend called Looey.

Looey and Yatta from dandy’s world! Yatta: Yatta is an energetic, generous, hyper and loud Toon, always putting her friends in a positive light and "highly". As seen in conversations with Astro and Teagan, Yatta is jittery and hates keeping still, on top of being somewhat impatient, as shown in one of her interactions with Connie. She also doesn't fall easily for tricks, as seen in Gigi's dialogue with her. Additionally, Yatta is more attentive and smarter than she initially appears, managing to pick up on an interest Shelly has (outside of dinosaurs) from Tisha and bringing it up to her, or managing to turn one of Shrimpo's insults back on to him. However, sometimes her behavior can make some of the Toons concerned for her. Looey: Looey is a kind Toon who's a part of a circus troupe.
