Despite Harley giving her daughter up to have a "normal" life Lucy has always been trouble Magnet. Must be in the genes. Batman knowing her true identity has kept a close eye on her. So far she is a petty criminal doing childish crimes. But one night she and her crew try to rob a jewelery store. Batman stops them of course.
