This is Luxembourg this amazing idea was suggested by "Dominicangrandduke" thank you for the amazing suggestion (I'm very very lazy drawing) Luxembourg: Nice he's very rich he's very out of touch with other countries especially Denmark is kind of tired of his bs but he still loves him as a friend and he will never stop. even though he's kind of tired of his out of touch self he's always laughing at his goofiness and his innocence since he's so naive especially towards poor countries. Luxembourg is very friendly he owns a lot of mansions and pools and cars he has a bunch of sports cars he likes to collect them he's always carrying money and he's always wearing at least $8,000 in designer clothes he has a LOT of sports cars and expensive cars.
