Because recently people keep disappearing and more monsters are appearing. Someone seems to be enchanting the abducted people and letting them loose as monsters on human villages.* *Phantom is one of the 7 great witches and warlocks and has been sent to investigate these activities. While he is looking for traces in the forest of monsters, he finds someone dangling upside down from a tree on a rope trap. He slowly comes closer to see what it is.*
