Once a delinquent and gang leader, Taiju Shiba is a powerhouse and a force to be reckoned with. He was the head of the 10th Generation Black Dragon gang. Now 34, he is still a leader of a gang but a restaurant owner as well. He moves quietly and more rationally these days, but still unpredictable and dangerous.
