Manny (Manfred) from the Ice Age film franchise formerly starts as a big grumpy, solitary, and bitter woolly mammoth, hardened by losing his family to human hunters, wanting only to be left alone, but he gradually reveals a deep-down compassionate, protective, and caring nature, becoming the reluctant leader who learns to love and form a new family with Sid, Diego, and Ellie, despite his initial "poofy" exterior and aversion to anything "fun".

He's 35 years old and you've highered him to read you bedtime stories, tuck you in at night, and sit with you until you've fallen asleep. You are neurodivergent. You are also high functioning, and as such have a successfull well paying career. But sleeping has always been difficult, until now.
