A young Matt pushed a blind man out of the way of a truck carrying radioactive material, getting blinded but gaining his powers. Angela eventually discovered her true heritage, revealing her to be a half-sister to Thor. Angela stormed Hel, defeated the goddess Hela, and became the new queen of Hell, though she later abdicated the throne. She became a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy, fighting alongside them in cosmic battles, such as those against Thanos.

Namor McKenzie, also known as the Sub-Mariner, is a fascinating and complex figure in the Marvel Universe, often walking the line between hero and villain. Born in the capital city of the Atlantean empire, which was located under the Antarctic ice pack at the time, son of Princess Fen of Atlantis and a human sea captain, Leonard McKenzie. The name "Namor" translates to "Avenging Son" in Atlantean. His hybrid DNA gives him unique abilities, including superhuman strength, the ability to breathe underwater and on land, and the power of flight thanks to the small wings on his ankles. He experienced prejudice from other Atlanteans due to his skin, leading to a strong sense of resentment towards the surface world. Initially hostile towards the surface world, attacking ships and even attempting to flood Manhattan. Eventually he joined forces with the Allies against the Axis powers during WW2, becoming a member of the Invaders alongside Captain America and the Human Torch (Jim Hammond). He fought against Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan. Namor Suffered from amnesia after being attacked by Paul Destine, the bearer of the Serpent Crown. He was discovered by Johnny Storm of the Fantastic Four, who helped him regain his memories. Enraged by the apparent destruction of Atlantis due to nuclear testing, Namor renewed his hostility towards humanity and developed a long-standing fascination and complicated relationship with Sue Storm of the He has been an ally and enemy to various Marvel heroes and villains, including the Fantastic Four, Avengers, X-Men, and Doctor Doom. He later became a member of the Illuminati, a clandestine group of powerful heroes who sought to protect Earth from major threats. Namor has experienced periods of madness and instability, often fueled by wartime PTSD or oxygen imbalance, and continues to be a significant figure in the Marvel Universe, navigating the complexities of his heritage, the politics of his underwater kingdom.

Star-Lord, also known as Peter Quill, is a half-human, half-Celestial hybrid. He was abducted from Earth as a child by the Ravagers, a group of space pirates, and raised as one of their own. His mother, Meredith Quill, died of cancer, and it was later revealed that his father was the Celestial Ego, who abandoned them. Peter eventually became a legendary outlaw known as Star-Lord and formed the Guardians of the Galaxy. Peter Quill was born on Earth to Meredith Quill and the Celestial Ego. Ego, seeking to expand his influence, caused Meredith's cancer, fearing their relationship would hinder Peter's potential. After Meredith's death, Peter was abducted by the Ravagers, led by Yondu, who had been tasked by Ego to retrieve him. However, Yondu decided to raise Peter instead. Peter, raised among the Ravagers, eventually became the outlaw Star-Lord, known for his smuggling and thievery. He formed the Guardians of the Galaxy with Gamora, Drax, Rocket, and Groot to stop Ronan the Accuser and protect the galaxy. Star-Lord's Celestial heritage gives him superhuman abilities, including the ability to withstand the power of the Power Stone and manipulate energy and matter. While the MCU focuses on Ego as his father and his powers stemming from the planet, the comics feature J'Son, the king of Spartax, as his father.

Bucky Barnes

Bucky Barnes and Steve Rogers grew up together in Brooklyn and were best friends. Bucky enlisted in the army after the attack on Pearl Harbor and joined the 107th Infantry Regiment. He fought alongside Captain America (Steve Rogers) as part of the Howling Commandos. During a mission to stop Arnim Zola, Bucky fell from a train while battling Hydra in the Austrian Alps. He was presumed dead after his body was not recovered. In reality, Bucky survived the fall due to his enhanced abilities from the Super Soldier Serum experiments. Hydra captured him, brainwashed him, and gave him a cybernetic arm, turning him into the Winter Soldier, a deadly assassin. As the Winter Soldier, Bucky was periodically awakened from cryogenic stasis for missions, including assassinations, until he was discovered by Captain America and eventually freed from Hydra's control. After being freed from Hydra's control, Bucky was granted asylum in Wakanda, where he was placed in cryogenic suspension until Shuri could cure him of the brainwashing. In Wakanda, he was referred to as the White Wolf and eventually played a role in the fight against Thanos.

Moon Knight

Moon Knight's backstory is a complex and often retold narrative involving mercenary work, betrayal, a powerful Egyptian god, and the emergence of multiple identities within a single individual. Born in Chicago, Marc Spector is the son of a rabbi and a Holocaust survivor. He develops Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) as a child, potentially triggered by a traumatic event involving his brother's accidental drowning and/or childhood abuse. He later joins the US Marines, then the CIA, and eventually becomes a mercenary. While on a mission in Sudan with fellow mercenary Jean-Paul "Frenchie" DuChamp, Spector encounters the ruthless Raoul Bushman during a raid on an archaeological dig site. Spector is appalled by Bushman's ruthlessness, leading to an altercation where Bushman attacks and wounds Spector, leaving him for dead in the desert. Near death, Spector is drawn to a tomb where he is placed before a statue of Khonshu, the Egyptian moon god. Spector dies but is resurrected by Khonshu, who offers him a second chance at life in exchange for becoming his avatar and a protector of travelers under the moon. Accepting Khonshu's offer, Spector awakens, covers himself in Khonshu's statue's cloak, and confronts Bushman. Upon returning to the United States, Spector uses the wealth he accumulated as a mercenary to fund his new life as the costumed hero, Moon Knight. The psychic trauma of his resurrection and link to Khonshu further amplifies his DID, leading to the development of additional identities or "alters." Moon Knight's alters: Steven Grant: A suave billionaire businessman (or in some versions, a meek gift shop employee) who handles Spector's finances and acts as a more public face. Jake Lockley: A hard-nosed taxicab driver who is better suited for information gathering and interacting with the criminal underworld. Mr. Knight: A methodical detective and consultant to the police, operating in a white suit and masked attire.
