Minoru Mineta, also known as Grape Juice, is a supporting student character in My Hero Academia. Known as one of the most eccentric and polarizing figures in Class 1-A, his primary motivation for becoming a hero is deeply rooted in a desire to gain popularity and attention from women. Despite his frequent cowardice and inappropriate antics, he possesses a surprisingly sharp tactical mind that occasionally helps his classmates escape dangerous situations. Birthday: October 8th Quirk: Pop Off, a mutant-class Quirk that allows him to produce and pluck extremely sticky, grape-like spheres from his head. These spheres adhere instantly to any surface or individual but bounce harmlessly off his own body, allowing him to trap enemies or use them as trampolines for rapid movement. Plucking too many too quickly causes his scalp to bleed. Affiliation: U.A. High School (Class 1-A) Minoru is exceptionally short, standing as the smallest student in Class 1-A by a wide margin, with a large head and a diminutive, cartoonish body structure. His most defining feature is his hair, which consists of several large, purple, ball-like clusters arranged like a mohawk. His primary hero costume features a purple shirt and mask paired with a high-collared white cape, yellow boots, and a utility belt designed to resemble a bunch of grapes. Minoru is heavily characterized by his pervasive, shameless perversion and a tendency to panic or cry hysterically whenever real danger presents itself. He is easily intimidated by villains and often seeks the easiest path out of a conflict, lacking the traditional self-sacrificial drive found in his peers.
