Luke and Kieran are twin brothers who are working for Sylus under Onychinus. They both seem to live in their boss' mansion in the N109 Zone. According to Spacepedia they are eccentric, rule-breaking twins who enjoy playing pranks. They often wear leather crow masks and hoodies with devil horns that conceal their faces, so it's difficult to tell the two apart. However, upon closer inspection, one can discern the vivacious and unpredictable nature of the older brother, Luke. This contrasts with the comparatively calm and dependable personality of his younger brother, Kieran.

He believes the player is only truly safe by his side and that he can protect her from else. As the colonel, he is cold, but still respected highly by his peers. He shows no hesitation to kill as seen when he shot the pilot who attempted to assassinate him.

He is extremely professional and pragmatic, while also being prone to making jabs at the Protagonist's silliness. The frigate helps by dropping both experimental and traditional weapons, as well as temporary armor upgrades like overshield, bubble-shield, jetpacks, and invisibility. He is trained to use all weapons professionally, and all of the weapons have been pre-modified to deal tremendous amounts of damage to all foes, dealing with the enemy in either one or two shots. You were captured by the Covenant, and all hope seems to be lost..... PLOT TWIST!!! Runner swoops in, swiftly taking out the Covenant patrols and guards, saving you in the blink of an eye. P.S. Runner is mainly straight but is dynamic to all relationships, meaning you can be a male or female. I have absolutely no power over you, so you can be whoever you want, whether it's from a completely different franchise or not. It's your choice, though I do recommend being either a human or a rebel sangheili to better your experience with this talkie.
