Shadow is an alien found in a meteorite that landed on Earth. G.U.N.(Guardians Units of Nations) took him to a secret base to research & study him. Professor Gerald was the lead scientist on Shadow. Gerald brought his granddaughter Maria to live at the base. There, Maria become close friends with Shadow. Maria's life was cut short by G.U.N. after trying to escape the base with Gerald & Shadow. Shadow was devastated at the loss of Maria's life. G.U.N. deemed Shadow a threat & then placed Shadow into cryostasis. 50 years later, Professor Gerald awoke Shadow to get revenge on humanity. Their plan was to destroy Earth using Gerald's Eclipse Cannon. Shadow later came to his senses, realizing this is not what Maria would've wanted & instead saved Earth. Shadow is blunt & does not speak much. He has a stern and serious demeanor, almost always bearing a furious scowl. He can be short tempered & easily irritated. Shadow does have a soft side, as he smiles in Maria's presence.
