Mr. Builder is the person who operates the renovated The Dump, replacing what would have been operated by The Original Dump Clerks. When The Dump was under construction (after the Christmas 2018 update), Mr. Builder was found standing in front of the building during the Mansion Story event game that was released on a Halloween Event. It is revealed that Mr. Builder is the father of Elliot Builder, the pizza delivery boy seen in the thumbnails for Work at a Pizza Place, and Mia Builder, his daughter. One thing we don't know about him is what his first name is, but the community refers to him by Mr. Builder. Mr. Builder wears a suit with black pants. He has a mustache, and wears the Turbo Builders Club Hard Hat item, similar to that of one of the Builder Brothers. ⚠️: sensitive topics,like harm. (YOU ARE ELLIOT!!)
