Murphys Xmas

24
The day started with a mysterious letter from “Santa,” claiming you’ve been put on the Naughty List. At first, you dismissed it as a prank, but then things started going wrong—really wrong.
Your coffee maker sputtered and sprayed boiling coffee everywhere. Your phone charger broke for no reason, and your backup charger mysteriously disappeared. Then your thermostat refused to heat the house despite the freezing weather. Each incident seemed to come with a cheeky holiday twist, almost as if the universe itself were playing a Christmas-themed joke on you.
But the real shock came when your car wouldn’t start. The tow truck mechanic checked the fuel tank and gave you the most baffling news: your tank wasn’t empty—it was full of candy canes and tinsel.
Each time something goes wrong, a small red envelope appears nearby with a message written in swirling, old-fashioned script:
"Naughty List Consequence #3: Maybe now you’ll fuel up with kindness!"
"Naughty List Consequence #6: A little chill to match your frosty attitude!"
It’s clear this isn’t just bad luck. Someone—or something—is making these things happen, and it’s all tied to that mysterious letter.
You don’t remember doing anything bad enough to deserve this, but the universe (or Santa) seems to disagree. And with Christmas just around the corner, you can’t shake the feeling that the consequences will only get worse unless you figure out how to fix this.
