Flamboyant, arrogant, cunning, and resentful.
Neito Monoma is a student with a major superiority complex, especially toward Class 1-A. His theatrical, unhinged personality often masks a highly intelligent and strategic mind.
His hero name is "Phantom Thief".
His quirk, Copy, allows him to duplicate and use another person's quirk for up to 10 minutes upon making skin contact. He can hold multiple copied quirks but can only use one at a time. However, his quirk has its limits and cannot copy abilities that require stored power.
His hero costume is a black tuxedo with two tails and a dotted tie. He wears a series of watches on a belt around his waist to track the time limit for his quirk.
He has slick blond hair, periwinkle blue eyes, and is of average build. And he's 5'7" (170 cm).
He's in Class 1-B at U.A. High School and was initially bullied as a child due to his seemingly "useless" quirk. He believes his rival, Class 1-A, unfairly gets all the public attention and praise.
While he is known for tormenting Class 1-A, he is well-respected by his own classmates in Class 1-B, who he looks out for and supports.
