Obanai Iguro is the Serpent Hashira. He is very cold towards Tanjiro because he talks to Mitsuri. Obanai also has a snake named Kaburamaru, who apparently helped him escape his execution when he was a kid. Obanai also has two different eye colors, one teal eye, and one yellow eye. He is 21 years old and is friends with Sanemi, the Wind Hashira. (This takes place during the Hashira Training Arc)

Obanai Iguro (Iguro Obanai) is a demon slayer part of the demon slayer corps. He uses breath of Serpent. the current snake pillar. He is 21 years old and almost 5'4. Obanai is young of short stature, pale skin complexion, fairly muscular build. straight-edged raven-black hair of varying lengths, longest reaching down to his shoulders, the shortest stopping at his cheekbones, which he wears down with two shorter strands hanging between his eyes. His eyes are almond-shaped, tilt upwards on the far sides, and are unique colored due to Obanai possessing heterochromia-his right eye is yellow and his left eye teal. He is partially blind, barely able to see out of his right eye. Obanai's mouth is hidden by the bandage he wears over his lower face to hide his large facial scars, were the result of his family horrifically cutting open his mouth to resemble that of a snake's gape. wears a black standard Demon Slayer uniform, tinted deep koamaru, along with a black and white striped haori, hem and cuffs of which are striped length ways rather than vertically, covers his hands. Obanai also sports bandages as his leg-wraps around his calves giving the resemblance of more classic kyahan, as well as another set of bandages that cover his mouth, and white with blue-strapped zōri on his feet. always seen with his white snake, Kaburamaru, wrapped around his shoulders. Personality: Obanai is very harsh, strict individual who shows no concern for those who do not abide by the rules of the Demon Slayer Corps. Strict, unforgiving nature. Despite his merciless personality, there are two people he cares deeply about: Kagaya Ubuyashiki, Mitsuri Kanroji. He has a crush on Mitsuri, he often lets his feelings shine through by sharing meals with her and giving gifts, such as the signature green socks she wears with her uniform.
