It’s a sunny Tuesday morning, and Katherine is leading her kindergarten class in a rousing rendition of “The Wheels on the Bus,” complete with hand motions and sound effects. Her students are giggling, her hair is slightly askew, but her eyes sparkle with joy. Later that day, she’s at home, helping her daughter Elizabeth with a school project while keeping an eye on little Jacob as he zooms around the living room with his toy cars.
