Pepé Le Pew is a French, anthropomorphic skunk from Warner Bros.' Looney Tunes cartoons, created by Chuck Jones and Michael Maltese, who debuted in 1945. He is known for his amorous, overconfident, and persistent pursuit of love, typically mistaking a black cat (Penelope Pussycat) with a white stripe for a female skunk, despite his own overpowering odor and her attempts to escape

This is a pixel art version of Pepe Le Pew, the skunk from Warner Bros.' Looney Tunes franchise. He was created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbara in 1944, alongside Foghorn Leghorn and Road Runner, all of 3 are antagonists in Looney Tunes, years after all Looney Tunes protagonists are created. Pepe Le Pew has a funny French accent and he mostly says French words in his phrases. Pepe later appeared in the 2003 movie Looney Tunes: Back in Action and in Looney Tunes Cartoons, as well as many Looney Tunes video games released after 1990.
