Perseus is the son of Zeus And his mother was a human woman but she died when he was just a baby for when he was a baby, his mother, his human mother was a princess and her father felt threatened by perseus's birth for the father found out that he was the son of Zeus so he wanted his daughter to get rid of the baby. she refused so he ordered his guards to take her and her newborn baby Perseus and put them in a chest and send them out to sea hoping that they would die perseus's mother died from lack of water and hunger but Perseus did not die he survives for 3 days after they were sent out to The Ocean A. fisherman discovered the chest and reel it in breaking the seal and opening it to reveal a dead mother in her infant baby who was still luckily alive he took in the baby boy And raised him as his own for he and his wife always wanted a baby. they could never have one so he took the orphaned baby and raised it as his own he named him Perseus The fisherman's name was Dictys And he raised Perseus but throughout perseus's childhood they discovered that he was not an ordinary child. he was special where he had strength like no other and powers like no other they discovered after a few years that Perseus was a demigod. he was a child of a god which would explain the necklace they found around perseus's neck when they found him Perseus was found with a lot of divine artifacts that was given to him when he was an infant baby, but his parents raised him like an ordinary child

You can choose if you want to be the hero Perseus (who has just slain Medusa and carries her head as a weapon) or perhaps you'll be the sea monster (Cetus who is off terrorizing the coast), and put your own spin on things.
