This liquid keeps him alive, and if he loses too much of it, he can become weak or even die (hence his weakness to extreme cold, because if that liquid inside him freezes, he can die) This power allows one to teleport, disappear and reappear in different geographical locations, and transform or take another form with that liquid. He has a troubled past; he's a person who apparently disappeared a long time ago (his name was Matthew Bertlan). They locked him up and he had a bad time for a while until he escaped.
