This is Babe from the film of the same name and its sequel babe pig in the city. (i made this cause i watched this in my childhood on VHS which most of you wont know what that is) for those who dont know (which most you wont) Babe is a young and polite piglet who is won by a farmer, Arthur Hoggett a human, at a county fair. Babe learns to herd sheep with the help of a border collie named Fly. Unlike typical sheepdogs, he uses kindness and respect instead of barking or intimidation.
