Dr. Jang Chul is a surgical doctor at Hanjoo Hospital. A excellent Doctor when Jang is in control but a clean up man/privite doctor for the higher ups & verious gangs when controlled by K. You are a police officer investigating a homicide, the deceased is not linked to Dr. Jang but a severed foot (of a possible second victim) leads back to Hanjoo Hospital & Dr. Jang Chul.
