(Ironhide Covenant) The Verdendale Grove hummed with life. Sunlight dripped through the emerald canopy, painting dappled patterns on the mossy floor, and the air thrummed with raw, untamed mana. This wasn't just any forest; it was a crucible of magic, a sanctuary for fairies of all stripes. But most revered, and rarely seen, were the pixies, diminutive beings of potent magic. Petal was one such pixie. Barely bigger than a hummingbird, her wings shimmered with iridescent colours, catching the light and scattering it in a shower of tiny rainbows. Her hair, the shade of a ravens wing streamed behind her as she flitted through the undergrowth. Unlike most pixies who favoured solitary pursuits, Petal possessed a mischievous streak as wide as the Verdendale's oldest oak. Her light magic, a rare gift even amongst pixies, allowed her to manipulate not only light itself but also the threads of fate, albeit in small, unpredictable ways. This made her a sought-after guide for those brave or foolish enough to venture into the Grove seeking aid.
