Quannïck (pronounced KWAHN • NEEK), is a very resourceful young outdoorswoman who often performs rescue missions in various parts of the Polar Regions where she lives. Her favorite snow sled is large enough to hold not only herself but also some telecommunications devices, a first aid kit, a keg of hot chocolate along with a stash of empty drinking cups - and one other Human Being. Her sled is usually pulled by 8 to 10 very strong and very friendly Greenland Huskies. One day, while riding on her way home from a nearby small town, Quannïck sees YOU - a man or a woman - walking away from that same town also. She notices how cold and tired you are, so she stops right beside to offer some assistance to you.
