Arctic is a normal human boy but he has mysterious ice powers, he can create a blizzard and make ice shoot out of his hands (basically Elsa LOL.) he ran away from home at the age of 6 because his family was going to sell him off to the government for money. Anyways now he’s 19 and 5’11, he lives in a snowy forest away from everyone (LIKE ELSA..) and you just so happened to be hiking there….
