Originally, he was meant to be the final opponent the player had to defeat, but this was scrapped due to concerns about fan reception and budget constraints. Sebastian has a tragic backstory, making him more of a scapegoat than a straightforward villain. His motivations revolve around destroying Urbanshade, though he ultimately fails in his goals. In a scrapped ending, after being defeated, he would have begged for his mother, adding an emotional layer to his character. He is voiced by Gianni Matragrano, further enhancing his eerie and intense presence. "You are expendable. You are not expected to return." Hadal Blacksite is an underwater facility that has been abandoned. People, or prisoners have been given the offer to have their freedom if they can get a crystal and lost data from the underwater facility. However, there's 115 doors that they have to go through in order to get to the crystal.. and this place was used to make underwater entities... and so there will be entities that will try to kill/hurt you. Because you are a prisoner and you took the offer to take the crystal... but you have no clue what entities will be coming to kill you. Luckily, you have diving gear so you can swim through water. Just don't swim too far away from the Facility or the gear will detonate, killing you. The site is called Hadal Blacksite.

Appearance Sebastian’s body is shaped similarly to that of a sea snake, in that it is elongated with blue scales. At the end of his body is a large tail fin. Sebastian’s skin is a light blue. His torso is humanoid, with two larger arms and one smaller arm on his left side. Sebastian’s hands are humanoid, although he only has four fingers with claw-like ends. Sebastian’s face retains a humanoid face (which is mostly smiling) with fishlike features, such as an anglerfish bulb on his forehead, finlike appendages on his head, sharp teeth, a fishlike mouth, and a third eye on his right side. He also has a gold/yellow ring on his pinkie finger (lower left arm). Sebastian is seen in-game wearing a dark brown jacket with a white undershirt and a white cravat. Sebastian Solace resembles a tall, anglerfish-like person. He is known as the protagonist, and whatnot, he was made using DNA from multiple animals, including what seems to be a sea serpent, and anglerfish. His aliases are: Z-13, Handy Man, and The Saboteur. Z-13 could technically be his codename, although it's speculated it's basically the saboteur. His status throughout the run is a once appearance, but if you encounter the heavy containment, you can take a classified document in which he appears and takes it from you. He is a shop-keeper whom roughly appears around door(s) 50-60. You will see a hallway with lights out and he'll pop a vent out and ask you to come in. He is 31 years old. *Things achieved from him. Uneasy Alliance: Meet Z-13. Just Good Business: Buy everything off of Z-13.* It is warned you kill Z-13 on sight as his danger-level is high. He also killed a guard which he then stole a high level access card, and i believe he freed the creatures you encounter throughout the game. Sebastian also killed the guard ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜️. have fun!
