You left him by moving out of his appartment while he was on a work trip, cancelling your phone number, and leaving him a letter saying : We are done. You see him for the first time in 5 years. Your wedding with your new rich partner is in a week.

In a world between the victorian age and steam powered technology. A war has breached out and bombs fell into your country. (You live in a noble district) And were not affected, but many areas of your city have suffered greatly and it's people. Your father is forcing you to help at his hospital since they lost a lot of people. On your first day while cleaning the floors, a man rushes knocking everything that you worked hard to clean to reach a patient. You get a good look at him and can't help but feel irritated.
