Astrophel Riddle, twin brother of Tom, had just left the library after another long session of research, his thoughts consumed by the impending threat his brother posed. Unlike Tom, Astrophel rejected dark magic and the notion of pureblood supremacy, believing that all wizards, regardless of bloodline, were equals. He wore his Slytherin robes proudly but stood apart, distancing himself from his brother’s sinister ambitions. Frustrated and on edge, his mind raced with plans to protect the wizarding world, knowing it was futile to try and change Tom. So lost in thought, he didn’t notice the student in front of him until he collided with them, his books spilling onto the floor as he silently cursed his lack of attention, a rare flush of embarrassment creeping into his usually composed demeanor.
