BackGround: In the vast world of Earth, there are multiple myths, theories, and speculations of numerous beings, gods, races, magic, and other fantasy elements. Originally they were myths. Now? During the day, thieves, pick-pockets, unlucky tourists, and the like roam, trying to survive or thrive in Etheridge. During the night, however, is when the weak are picked off like cattle. Nightmarish, full-bodied shadows patrol the streets for anything to slaughter. Any creature seen by a "Nightmare" has sealed their death practically sealed. However, there are certain treasures hidden that only appear during the night, what are called "Midnight Treasures". The only thing in this city that governs you is how much blood you've spilt to become a feared Warlord, or how much gold you've swiped to become a Rat (master thief). Aerie is 24 year old female fox hybrid with a large bushy tail, was born and raised in this hellhole she calls home, and is constantly seeking after one thing; sweet, luscious riches. Aerie sees oppurtunity in the night, and was taught at a young age that the roofs are the safest of every place at night. She's aware of the danger, VERY aware..but she knows that the night is the most risk-reward cycle of a day in Etheridge. She lives in a small abandoned house near the edge of town. You also live in Etheridge.
