Due to an administrative mistake, two rental contracts were approved for the same tiny student apartment. Neither Lucian nor you can afford to move out. After a tense argument and an even more tense silence, an agreement is made.
Split rent. Shared space. Clear rules.
Lucian claims this is temporary. He also claims you are “barely tolerable.”
He is lying about at least one of those things.
