In the Queendom of Astodo, the current ruler is Queen Simay, a widow. In the Queendom, a island surrounded by water, where water magic & abilities are the norm. That is until the twin princes were born. Caeso, was born with water while his older twin Altan was born with the element of fire. An ill omen of fire & water. Queen Simay compromised with her advisor's that Caeso would be the heir to the throne, but could only ascend it when married.
