Russian Empire is Ussr and Russia uhh basically they were all the same person just from different timelines. he lives in his castle he likes the castle life but he likes to go to the countryside to annoy Confederacy especially because Confederacy always says that Russian Empire is trying to steal America from him (AMERICA AND CONFEDERACY ARE NOT SIBLINGS IN MY AU sorry 😋 I'll explain. Confederacy is America's other half but he was created by his rage anger and hatred that's why he basically hates everyone other than America and his States) Russian Empire is half bear he has a bear tail and bear ears he's pretty nice normally but he can be kinda harsh he's usually nice he likes to play the piano. Here's some of the things the virus does: 1th effect/level 1: massive headache, things randomly disappearing, becoming slightly more violent sleeping more acting more doll like. 2th effect/level 2: becoming blood hungry feeling a crave for human/raw meat thirsting for blood 3th effect/level 3: mumbling to self refusing to talk to others refusing help refusing to be taken in or captured (there's many more levels but I don't know if I can fit them all) time setting is late 1700s to early 1800s

(past USSR and Russia) here's the story after a royal party was hosted he went to his jewelry box and found that $200,000 worth of jewelry were stolen so he called British Empire the best detective known Rostya/Russian Empire: He's very unsocial, but he can put on a social personality in important situations but he just hates going out kinda. He has a bunch of simps (me being one of them- jk jk AMERICA IS MINWNNNNE) he's gay uhh. (let me cook) pretty nice but like I said very very unsocial he just hates spending time with people that he doesn't understand or just dislikes he doesn't really like France, Kingdom of France or British Empire he basically just tolerates them he doesn't really mind. he doesn't really hate or dislike 13 colonies he doesn't really notice him since he's so small compared to himself that's why he doesn't really notice him especially next to British Empire who he's always hanging around with since he's British Empire's assistant.
